Welding process precautions:
1, the selection of argon arc welding process parameters (including current, gas flow, tungsten electrode extension length, etc.) should be based on the type of workpiece material, thickness, joint form, welding position and their own actual situation after comprehensive consideration.
2, before welding to clean the surface of the workpiece oil, water and other impurities, so as not to affect the quality of welding.
3, under normal circumstances, when the current is 100A~200A, the gas flow rate is appropriate in 9~14L/min; When 200A~300A, the gas flow rate of 14~18L/min is appropriate; Tungsten electrode extension length is 3~5mm, arc length is 1~3mm; When the wind speed is ≥1.0m/s, windproof measures should be taken in time. Argon gas protection is recommended at the back of the welding area.
4, the size of the welding line energy directly affects the mechanical properties of the weld, the user should be timely adjusted according to the actual situation.

Welding wire handling and storage:
